MODULE 1INTRODUCTION & OVERVIEW

For all the aspiring and professional Fashion Designers, the course is designed to empower you with various creative, practical, and technical aspects of knitting which is an important part of the Fashion Designing industry. MODULE 2 : INTRODUCTION TO KNITTING

This topic covers the basics of knitting, from understanding what knitting is, to getting acquainted with the variety of materials used for knitting. The video provides insights on standard yarn and knitting needles or pins available in the market.

MODULE 3 : SLIP ON & CAST ON

This topic will help you get started with knitting like knotting and looping. You will get hands-on on slip knot and cast on in this video. A step-by-step tutorial will explain and simplify the knitting process for you.

 

 

MODULE 4 : KNIT STITCH

Knitting depends on two primary concepts - loops and needle movement. MODULE 5 : PURL STITCH

 Introduction to knitting - This section makes you aware about basics of knitting, what is knitting, different materials used for knitting - yarn and needles.  Basic knitting techniques - This section covers the basic techniques like cast on, cast off, knit side, purl side, etc. It gets you started on knitting by introducing slip knots and looping and so on.
